All Sales Policy
Most items sold by Prime Honor Cards are considered **final sale**, including graded cards, sealed products, and collectible items.

However, we do allow returns under specific conditions outlined below.

Tamper Protection & Security Seal

To ensure product integrity, all applicable items are secured with a **Prime Honor Cards hologram seal** on packaging such as:

  • Top loaders
  • Magnetic cases
  • Team bags
  • Protective packaging 

Important:

If the hologram seal is removed, broken, or tampered with in any way, the item is considered altered and: 

The item is no longer eligible for return or refund

This policy protects both the buyer and seller by ensuring authenticity and condition integrity.---

Return Eligibility

Returns may be considered if:

  • The item arrives damaged in transit
  • The item received is incorrect
  • The item significantly differs from the listing description

To be eligible:

  • The item must remain in its original condition
  • The hologram seal must be intact and untampered
  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Return Process

To request a return or refund:

    • Order number
    • Description of the issue 
    • Photos of the item and packaging

We will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

Exceptions:

Prime Honor Cards will cover return shipping if:

  • The wrong item was sent
  • The item arrived damaged due to carrier handling

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • * Please allow 3–5 business days for processing

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items returned in altered condition
  • Sealed products that have been opened
  • Final sale items

Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

All shipments include tracking and may include signature confirmation for high-value orders.
